Estudios de la Gestión: International Journal of Administration is a research and reflection platform created by the Academic Area of Management at Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, Sede Ecuador (UASB-E). Its purpose is to promote the dissemination of research advancements in administrative studies, focusing on private enterprises, public organizations, development-promoting institutions, and any other organizational spaces created by humans to facilitate social coexistence.
