Situación del gobierno electrónico en países latinoamericanos adheridos a la OCDE: México, Colombia y Chile

El interés por el estudio del gobierno electrónico ha ido en aumento en las dos últimas décadas. La literatura referida a este campo es extensa y multidisciplinaria y, a su vez, ha evolucionado en su conceptualización. Por tal motivo, este artículo analiza el estado de los estudios sobre gobierno electrónico generados a favor de tres países latinoamericanos adheridos a la OCDE. Los casos de estudio corresponden a México, Colombia y Chile. La metodología que se emplea es una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica desde 2002 hasta 2017. Los resultados muestran una relación estrecha entre la temática que se
analiza a nivel global con la que es desarrollada para los países latinoamericanos. No obstante, algunos temas de tendencia no se han explorado. Asimismo, de los tres casos analizados, se presenta una superioridad en el desarrollo de la literatura en favor de México por delante de Colombia y Chile.
