Abstract
During my study of the resources that can be promoted in judicial proceedings in tax matters, which I carried out some time ago, I felt motivated to examine those that occur in contentious-administrative matters in light of the Ecuadorian regulatory framework; precisely this intention led to the scrutiny of important doctrinal material related to contentious-administrative matters, of national and foreign production, thus leading me to the research work entitled The contentious-administrative resources in Ecuador, authored by Elena Durán, published in the Magister Series No. 92 of the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar.
