Abstract

The Council of Chiefs and Heads of State and Government of the Union of South American Nations UNASUR, meeting in the city of Mendoza, Argentina, on June 29, 2012, in extraordinary session, in accordance with Decision No. 25 of June 27, 2012, in order to consider the political situation in the Republic of Paraguay, which led to the dismissal of its President Fernando Lugo.
