Abstract

The Heads of State and Government of the 21 Ibero-American countries; gathered at the 11th Summit held in the city of Lima, on November 23 and 24, 2001, by signing this Declaration, we renew our commitment to the values ??and principles that identify us, we reaffirm our desire to strengthen this convergence forum policy, and we agreed on a set of specific mandates.
