Abstract

The author presents an overview of current China-Peru economic relations. The essay focuses its analysis on the recently signed Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between the two countries. The author examines, in the first place, the long term evolution of investment and trade between China and Peru, in order to show the likely impacts that the FTA would have on those economic.
