This study can also visualize the importance of social protest as a mechanism for the recognition of rights through coordination of social movements to generate proposals involving a major change in the life of neighborhoods, allowing them to be integrated into policy they guarantee their right to the city and especially guaranteeing them the exercise of full citizenship as stated in Article 31 of the Constitution, and that its substance is closely related to the right to housing.
