Abstract

The article proposes, from the complexity paradigm, a comprehensive approach to human rights in the current global context. Through the systematization of psychosocial support process, with communities affected by environmental conflicts, the author develops a deep analysis of historical transitions in human rights violations and postulates new categories and methodological challenges. The exercise of political violence expressed in the violation of territorial sovereignty, social and economic rights of oppressed communities, constitutes the main body of this work.
