Abstract

Human Rights are the result of the historical practice, the result of the conscious, intentional and voluntary work of some persons in favor of others. Its violation and non-completion follows the same procedure: intentional and voluntary human actions carried out against persons, normally due to their categorical membership. Far for comfortable abstractions that try to hide the practical and real verification of what is said in the theory, an approach to the Human Rights required to look at the specific facts that make up a dehumanizing reality, reveal the forces and interests that keep and reproduce them, analyze their effects on specific persons and propose ways of change. This task required a critical attitude front to the conditions and people who have made possible those facts (perpetrators), and a compassionate reason front to those who suffer its consequences (victims).
